These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) outline your rights and obligations when you book travel-related services through us. By using our website, making a reservation, or engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

Our Agreement with You

Products and Suppliers

We offer a variety of travel-related services provided by different third-party suppliers and service providers (“Suppliers”). Each Supplier has its own terms and conditions that apply to your booking, in addition to our general terms. It is your responsibility to review and understand these terms before making a reservation.

Birla White Tourism acts as an intermediary or “Booking Agent” for travel-related services that are not directly supplied by us, including ground transportation, tours & excursions, accommodation, cruises, and meals. We are not the direct provider of these services, and you will enter into a separate contract with the respective Suppliers for such bookings.

Deposits and Payment

All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your reservation but does not guarantee the final price. The price is only confirmed once full payment is received and travel documents are issued, subject to the Supplier’s terms. We will inform you of the payment deadline.

By providing payment details, you authorize us to process payments with Suppliers. We may refuse personal checks as a payment method. After full payment, Suppliers may adjust costs due to factors like fuel prices, taxes, or exchange rates, and any such increase will be passed on to you.

Cancellations and Changes

Suppliers may amend or cancel bookings as per their terms. If we are your Booking Agent, we will notify you of any major changes as soon as possible, but we are not liable for any resulting costs.

Depending on the Supplier’s policies, you may choose to accept the changes, opt for alternative arrangements (if available), or cancel and request a refund (if applicable). Refunds are subject to the Supplier’s terms and are not guaranteed.

Your Agreement with Us

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By booking with us or using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, along with any applicable Supplier policies. You also agree to:

Make all required payments on time.
Accept that violations may lead to cancellation, loss of payments, or denied service access.
Cover any costs incurred due to non-compliance.

You confirm that:

You are legally eligible to book travel and accept these terms.
You are authorized to act on behalf of those in your booking.
The information provided is accurate and truthful.

You are financially responsible for all bookings made under your name or account.

If You Cancel Your Booking

If you cancel your booking, deposits are non-refundable. In addition to the Supplier’s cancellation terms, our standard cancellation fees will apply, as stated on your receipt or booking confirmation.

For any refund consideration, you must return your original voucher. If you cancel before the balance due date, any deposits paid will remain non-refundable.

If You Have a Complaint

If you experience any issues during your trip, please inform the relevant Supplier (e.g., your hotel) immediately. If the issue is not resolved, contact us as soon as possible through the office where you made your booking or via our website and emergency contact numbers.

Failure to report the problem in a timely manner may limit our ability to investigate and resolve the issue, potentially affecting your rights under this Agreement.

Privacy Policy

By using our services, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal information as per our Privacy Policy. This includes details provided by you for booking and travel arrangements.

Additional Terms

Warranties, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability

The information, software, products, and services provided by us or our Suppliers may contain errors or inaccuracies, including pricing errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy of such information and reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our website or pending reservations. If this occurs, we may offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel without penalty.

Supplier ratings are for general reference only, and availability of products/services is not guaranteed. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our website, servers, or emails are free from viruses or harmful components.

Suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, and tour operators) are independent contractors and not our employees. We are not responsible for their acts, errors, or negligence, nor for any injury, loss, delays, or additional costs caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, cancellations, or government actions).

We are not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to your use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of potential risks.

General Terms

Birla White Tourism operates as an independent contractor, and no joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you, us, or our Suppliers under this Agreement.
